At the Statutory Meeting of Access Holdings Plc which held at Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, 6 — 8, Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, the following resolution was duly passed:

“That the Statutory Report of Access Holdings Plc issued in November 2022 and presented to this meeting be and is hereby adopted.”
