LDNI Hosts Virtual Conference for the African Corporate Talent Development Community

LDNI as one of Africa's leading learning and development professionalorganization is hosting this year's annual conference in a VIRTUAL Platform.Following the impact of the COVID19 pandemic, we have responded to meet theneeds of our members and stakeholders.

This year's conference of Championsof Talent Development (CTD) Virtual Conference2020 themed: Building New Pathways, will take place on October 14th and 15th, 2020. The conferencewill feature more than 50 world-class speakers, offering more than 100 hours of content in 8 tracks. These 8 tracks which model the Associationfor Talent Development (ATD), Talent Development Capability Model.

The CTD Virtual Conference 2020 conference tracksinclude; virtual training and digital transformation, public sector talentdevelopment, instructional design, leadership development, learningtechnologies, training delivery and facilitation, the business of learning,coaching and career development.
