Meyer Plc (the Company) wishes to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its shareholders and the investing public that the Company’s Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday the 27th of July 2022 at 10am for the consideration of the Q2 Unaudited Financial Statements (2022 Q2 UFS) for the period ended 30th June 2022.

Please be informed that the Closed Period for trading in the shares of the Company commenced on 1st July 2022 and as a result, all Insiders and their Connected Persons are prohibited from trading (i.e. buying, selling, transferring or otherwise dealing) in the Company's shares, until 24 hours after the 2022 Q2 UFS is released on the floor of NGX.
