Sectoral performance was broadly negative as four (4) NGX sector index closed northward, ten (8) sector index closed southward and four (4) closed flat. The NGX OVBND index advanced by 0.49% to top the gainer’s chart while the NGX BANKING Index declined by 1.03% to top the losers’ chart.
The Gote index advanced by 0.67% to close at 146.88 basis points while the Toni index declined by 0.91% to close at 126.76 basis points.
