SCUML Releases New Requirements for Registration

The Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering(SCUML) has released a new requirements for registration.

 

The document shows various requirements for differentcategories of businesses such Luxury goods, jewellery, Car dealers,supermarkets etc.

 

The requirements ranges from Certificate ofIncorporation, Memorandum and Article of Association, CAC Forms, to TIN etc.

 

It was also stated in the document that any any company that has the following business objective (Mining,oil/Gas, Export, Investment and Pharmacy) in their MEMAT should ensure that thenecessary Approvals/Authorization/licenses are attached to their applications.
